At Sweets Kendamas, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your order isn't a perfect fit or match, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, secure the items in their original box, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
